What we don't do

These limits protect you and keep every job above board. Requests that fall inside them are politely declined.

  • No editing of official, financial or identity documents. That includes bank statements, pay stubs, IDs, certificates, diplomas, invoices or receipts, government or legal forms, and signatures.
  • No logins to your website or accounts. WordPress and CSS help is delivered as code and instructions that you apply.
  • No plugin or theme installs, live database edits, or malware cleanup on your site.

Questions, answered

How quickly will I hear back?

You'll get a quote by email within 24 hours of sending the form, usually sooner. It includes a fixed price, a delivery date and any questions we have. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam or promotions folder.

How do I send my files?

Share them by link: put them in Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or WeTransfer, set sharing to view-only ("Anyone with the link can view"), and paste the link in the form. Use a folder for several files. There's no size limit, and we work with Word, PDF, PowerPoint, Excel and CSV files. WeTransfer links expire, so we download those right away.

What happens to my files?

We download your files from the link you share and work on them on our own systems. We delete our copies within 30 days of delivery (or of your quote, if you don't go ahead), except records we must keep for tax and accounting, like invoices and payment records. We never sell your files or share them with anyone except the services we use to do the work (our website host, email and AI tools). Your link stays under your control, so you can switch it off once we confirm we have your files. Please don't share anything you aren't allowed to. Full details are in the privacy note.

Do you use AI?

Yes. ScrillaB is AI-assisted: we use AI tools for parts of research, drafting, data processing and checking. Every delivery is checked against your brief, with sources cited for research and a short check report showing what was verified.

Is there anything you won't work on?

We don't edit official, financial or identity documents (bank statements, pay stubs, IDs, certificates, diplomas, invoices or receipts, government or legal forms, signatures). We don't log in to your website or accounts, install plugins or themes, edit live databases, or do malware cleanup.

How do WordPress fixes work without a login?

Describe the problem and share the page link or screenshots. We send tested CSS or a PHP snippet for a code-snippets plugin, with step-by-step instructions, a back-up-first step and a one-line undo. You stay in control of your site.

Do you write resumes from scratch, or invent experience?

No. We format an existing resume into a clean, ATS-friendly Word or Google Docs layout and rewrite bullet points using only the experience you provide. We never invent jobs, degrees, credentials or dates. Your personal details are handled under the same rules as every other job: see the privacy note.

How does payment work?

No payment is taken on this website. Your emailed quote explains the price, timing and how to pay. Nothing starts until you approve the quote.

Can I ask for changes?

Yes. Your quote states the revisions included. If something doesn't match what we agreed, we fix it.
