What we collect
- What you type in the quote form: your name, email address, job details, deadline, optional budget, and the share link to your files.
- Basic technical details our website host, Netlify, records automatically with each form submission: your IP address, browser type (user agent) and the page you came from (referrer).
- The files you choose to share with us by link.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no tracking or analytics cookies. It uses no analytics, advertising trackers or third-party scripts, and it doesn't use browser storage (such as localStorage) to keep anything about you.
How your files reach us
- We don't take file uploads on this site. You share a view-only link from Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or WeTransfer, and you stay in control of it.
- We download your files from that link and work on them on our own systems.
- Once we confirm we have your files, you can switch the link off at any time.
Where your form details go
- Netlify stores your form submission (not your files).
- We receive a copy of it by email.
- Netlify's own privacy policy applies to its handling of the data: netlify.com/privacy.
How we use and share it
- We use your details and files only to review your request, send your quote and, if you go ahead, do the job.
- We never sell your information or files.
- We share them only with the services we use to do the work: our website host (Netlify), our email provider and AI tools. ScrillaB is AI-assisted, so parts of the work may be done with AI tools.
- We don't add you to mailing lists.
How long we keep it
- If you don't go ahead: we delete your form submission, our copy of the email notification and any files we downloaded within 30 days of your quote.
- If you do: we delete them within 30 days of delivery, unless you ask us to keep them longer for follow-up changes.
- Exception: we keep records we must hold for tax and accounting, like invoices, payment records and the agreed quote, for as long as the law requires.
- You can ask us to delete your data sooner by replying to any email from us. We'll do it, apart from those tax and accounting records.
What not to share
We don't accept official, financial or identity documents, such as bank statements, pay stubs, IDs, certificates, diplomas, invoices or receipts, government or legal forms, or anything with signatures. Please don't share files containing other people's personal data unless you're allowed to, and never send passwords or website logins; we never need them.
